Bethel Church Mother’s Day Out began in September of 1988. It is a weekday program with the primary objectives of providing parents with Christ-centered childcare for their preschool-aged children, beginning at 9 months through Age 4.
Thursdays and Fridays from 9:30 am – 2:30 pm.
Goals
The goals of Mother’s Day Out are:
- To provide a safe, loving environment for children
- To teach children about God and His Son, Jesus Christ
- To offer stimulating opportunities for creative play
- To develop social skills through adult and peer interaction
Facilities
Bethel’s Mother’s Day Out has wonderful toddler and preschool facilities provided by the church. Each classroom is bright and cheery, inviting children to have fun. Bethel offers two age-appropriate playgrounds where motor skills can be developed.
Staff
The teaching staff is highly qualified. In order to provide loving care, individual attention and instruction, each class has a lead teacher and a helper. Every teacher and helper attends an educational training workshop annually and is CPR certified.
Curriculum
Each class follows an age-appropriate Bible curriculum. We believe that very young children can learn the principles of the gospel when taught at their level. Monthly themes and enrichment activities are also included. Our daily program includes: Bible stories and related crafts, playtime (in and outside), music and rhymes, quiet table activities, lunch and rest time.

1. Fill out our registration paperwork available on our Brightwheel portal
2. Confirm the day(s) of the week and program costs by viewing the invoices and emailing the director.
3. Pay the nonrefundable registration fee and first and last months’ tuition (August/September and May). You are now enrolled! Monthly tuition will be billed the first of the month from October through April.
4. Look for future communication including a monthly newsletter and new student paperwork on the Brightwheel portal.
MDO Summer Camp

MDO Summer Camp is open to children ages 9 months through 5 years old and their siblings up to age 12 (limited space for siblings). Each week will be filled with fun games, crafts and Bible lessons along with themed activities for all ages:
- June 4, 5 – Robots
- June 11, 12 – Pirates
- June 18, 19 – Ocean
- June 25, 26 – Ice Cream
MDO Summer Camp is every Thursday and Friday in June from 9:30am-2:30pm.
Registration and tuition for June is based on which program:
1 day each week: $40 registration, $175 tuition
2 days: $80 registration, $350 tuition
Registration is for the whole month of the program; there is no pro-rated tuition for vacations or missed days. Registration fees are used to buy supplies, and are nonrefundable. Tuition for the summer program is due by May 15th.
