Live Deeply: A Study in the Parables of JesusBible parables are not simply stories. They are divinely inspired, living words from the mouth of God. Madeleine L'Enggle said, "Jesus was God who told stories. Jesus was a keen observer of human life and the natural world, so his parables truly hit home in the hearts of His followers. Parables are a litmus test! They reveal whether the ears are opened or closed; whether your heart of soft or hard; whether you are a friend or foe, disciple or deceiver. Lay the stories beside your own life and see what truth Jesus has in store for you.
