Sexual promiscuity in our culture is an epidemic and we as followers of Christ need to speak to that. Listen to the Solomon's exhortation to his son in Proverbs 5 to avoid sexual temptation.

Kay Cooksey, born on the 11th of October 1945 in Houston, passed away on the 26th of May, in Houston.

While the calendar for their transition to Bethel is not firmed up, the general idea of the path ahead for Wayne and family coming to Houston is as follows...

June - Wayne and Ali will begin the process of transitioning out of Snohomish Community Church. Please pray for Wayne and Ali as they break the news to the rest of their church family at SCC and be in prayer for that church as they go through a transition of their own in finding a new Lead Pastor and forming a Pastoral Search Committee.

July - Wayne and family make the move to Houston and settle into their place of residence. Please be in prayer for Wayne & Ali as they begin searching for a home as well as make critical schooling decisions for their children.

August - The Session anticipates Wayne preaching on a regular basis and their family becoming an integral part of the Bethel family in early August.
